Park Rules

Maximum two (2) pets per site or rental unit unless approved by management.

All pets must be registered with the resort office upon arrival.

Management reserves the right to deny any pet at its discretion.

Pets must be on a physical leash no longer than 6 feet at all times outside your RV or rental.

Pets may not roam freely anywhere in the resort.

Electronic collars or voice command are not considered leash control.

Pet owners must immediately pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste.

Pets may not urinate or defecate on RV pads, buildings, walls, decks, patios, landscaping, playgrounds, roads, sidewalks, or neighboring sites.

Repeated sanitation violations will result in pet removal from the park.

Pets with chronic accidents, incontinence, or requiring diapers are not permitted to roam the park.

Owners must escort incontinent or diapered pets directly to designated relief areas and immediately clean any accident.

Pets must be well behaved and non-aggressive.

Aggressive behavior, lunging, threatening guests, excessive barking, and disturbing neighboring guests are prohibited.

Management may require immediate removal of any disruptive or aggressive animal.

Pets may not be left unattended outside at any time.

Pets left alone inside RVs or rentals must not bark excessively, damage property, or create disturbances.

Pets are not allowed in the resort office, playground, pool area when completed, community buildings, or posted restricted areas.

Pets are welcome in the designated dog park only when properly supervised.

All pets must be current on vaccinations required by Texas law.

Pets must be free of fleas, ticks, and parasites and be in good health.

Management may request vaccination records if necessary.

Pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

All cleaning, repair, or replacement costs caused by pets will be charged to the pet owner.

Failure to pick up pet waste: $50 per occurrence. Pet waste left on concrete pads or buildings: $100 cleaning fee.

Property damage caused by a pet: Cost of repair + $100 fee.

Repeated violations may result in pet removal, termination of stay without refund, or future reservation denial.
